The game is pretty good considering that's a low budget indie game. BUT, the background pattern is an annoying fking loop and somehow distracting, I just can't stand it, especially the first 2 stages. I wonder why they didn't add a change of color or something like that.
Gameplay is good, the ship moves nice and fluid, BUT horizontal move is faster than vertical, that can be annoying sometimes.
Also the ship goes slower while using the main shot (not autofire, there it goes at normal speed), which can be good to move with precision against a boss or something.
And the most shitty thing is the rear shot, that would've been amazing if implemented as a powerup or an option while shooting ALSO to the front, cause here you just can shoot front OR rear, not both, and that sux.
Anyways, the game is good, fast gameplay, interesting graphics, some cool enemy/boss designs (and some other suck) but all in all is good.
Oh the soundtrack is great, probably the best stuff on the game, if you like classic trance music, you'll love it.
Is nowhere near as good as Gigawing or Mars Matrix, but is good. Compared to DUX this game is Ikaruga.
