There is no English version of e.Typist exist, but here is the unofficial patch that can translate UI to English.
With English patch you can use this OCR even without any knowledge of Japanese.

Here you can get a patched version of AppLocale that can be useful for e.Typist.
(AppLocale allow you to use Japanese in non-Unicode applications under English/Russian versions of Windows):

Note: It's not a crack. It's a translation patch. You need to use it on your activated version of e_Typist v12.
You can find a compatible trial-version of e_Typist v12 on rutracker, I believe. You can also try your luck on the official website: https://mediadrive.jp/products/et/
As alternative to e.Typist you can use English version of Finereader 15, but e.Typist is more advanced.
You don't have to worry much about the patch is not compatible with e.Typist v15 since there is not a lot of difference in recognition with e.Typist v12, if you ask me..
e_Typist v12 works fine on Win7/8/10.
